Hi, It's hard to believe that it is February already; school's back and hopefully a good year ahead. Last weekend Pam and I attended the International Association of Conference Centres Australia Copper Skillet competition where chefs from IACC member venues compete for a trip to USA for the international event. Congratulations to Mark Pilgrim from the Vue Grand at Queenscliff who is now off to represent Australia in Chicago at the end of March. On the educational front we continue to schedule visits to conference and meeting venues with Rachel visiting TNQ late last year and you can read about her visit below. Unfortunately I haven't had much time to hit the water and enjoy the sailing over the silly season but I am back on the water this Wednesday. I think we might be a bit rusty but I'll let you know how we get on. Regards Jim Conway
