Rachel brings to Key Conference Solutions over 8 years experience in the hotel industry during which time she built an excellent
reputation in providing outstanding service to her corporate clients along with expertise in managing the conference and event
needs of her corporate accounts. Rachel is keen to develop and maintain long-standing relationships with her clients and looks
forward to putting her extensive venue knowledge into practice by assisting clients with their conference and business event
requirements Australia-wide.
Dawn Reid-Martin - Business Development Manager

Dawn, a Southern California native with an MBA from UCLA, as well as a Certified Meeting Planner Accreditation, brings to Key
Conference Solutions over 25 years experience in marketing and managing conferences, incentives and events for 50-1,000 people
around the world. Dawn's passion is client service along with being a skilled and effective negotiator on behalf of her clients.
Dawn has a 'nothing is impossible' attitude and constantly surprises her clients with her resourcefulness, integrity, dedication,
creativity, and ability to think outside the box. Dawn throughout her career has enjoyed working with industry icons such as Boeing
USA, IBM USA, Microsoft, Pirelli Tire USA, Budweiser USA, BMW USA, Pioneer Life USA, Johnson & Johnson, Sandoz Pharmaceutical,
Target Publishing, World Assoc of Veteran Athletes to name only a few.

Sue has a wealth of experience in understanding the conference needs of
today's corporate decision-makers. A solid background in customer service
has enabled Sue to meet the high expectations in the delivery of our service
to you. Sue is well placed to advise on the full range of venues available
having an in-depth knowledge of venues in Melbourne and in particular Regional
Victoria.

Emma brings a diverse range of experience to the Key Conference Solutions team. Beginning her career in the Hospitality Industry
at an early age, Emma has always had a strong focus on excellent customer service. After completing her Diploma of Hospitality
Management, plus a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing and Tourism, Emma worked in the corporate field in the United Kingdom
for almost 2 years. Upon her return to Australia she commenced work within the wholesale leisure travel industry, with a strong focus
on Europe, The Middle East and India. It is here where Emma developed relationships with international suppliers and airline partners.
Emma has traveled to many destinations that give her great understanding on international venues and destinations and is looking
forward to assisting clients in the conference and events field.
Nicola Brown - Sales Support

After receiving her Diploma in Tourism and Events at Holmesglen TAFE, Nicola
spent over 2 years learning about the conference and meeting business a
Conference and Events Coordinator with a property in regional Victoria. This
experience developed her communication skills, attention to detail and
understanding of the day-to-day operation of conference venues. Nicola is
highly focused on the importance of customer service that is required in
the hospitality and tourism industry and continues to expand her knowledge
of Local, Inter-State and International Conference venues.

Cathy has been in the accounting field for the past 22 years. She was trained
on the job by accountants William Buck and worked in the accounting industry
servicing her own clients for 8 years before having children. She gained a
vast experience of knowledge working on many different businesses giving her
the flexibility to undertake any bookkeeping/accounting role within any
industry. For the last ten years she has worked as a bookkeeper, Financial
Controller, Office Manager and has been with us at Key Conference Solutions
since 2003.
Pam Conway - Director

Having owned and operated her own Travel Agency for over 10 years combined
with the experience of being the owner/manager of one of Melbourne's
dedicated conference venues, Pam is well positioned to advise on both the
Melbourne conference market and the options available to you Australia -
wide. A founding member of the International Association of Conference
Centres Australia her wealth of knowledge from a venue point of view is
invaluable in finding the right solution for your next conference.
Jim Conway - Director

Jim brings a wealth of sales, marketing and general management experience
accumulated over 20 years in the meetings industry. His involvement spans
all facets of the industry including active participation in and the
development of regional industry organisations. For many years Jim, was
the Managing Director of his family owned conference venue before launching
with partner Pam Conway - Key Conference Solutions in 2002.
